Heading back home from Abilene in a few minutes . . . drove up last night to bring my sweet Emily some furniture . . .
Long trip, but worth it to see her . . . also got to meet a young man I was very impressed with . . . Ahhh the joys and heart challenges of parenting . . . watching them grow up and letting go a little more every day . . . I praise God that He is in control -- and for the hope we have in Him . . . its good to see now so that we remember even at the points where there is pain or disapointment . . .
God graciously reminds me that it's not just trite, but true: "Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it."

Oh, the journeys ahead of you! But you are blessed! She is well grounded in HIM!
