Today was my long run day and I made it 10 miles! Actually felt pretty good considering it was about the worst day I've run in (44 degrees & heavy drizzle). Did great until I got in a muddy puddle at about 6 miles and ran the rest of the way with a wet shoe/sock.
1 hour 38:25 . . . just seconds off the world record (for 20 miles :) . . . actually a little faster than I had planned. I'm nearly there!
I think I did break the world record for the number of times quoting Isaiah 40:31 in a day!
