Awesome Encounter!

We had an incredible Men's Encounter this weekend! Here are the 25 men (24 + me taking pic) who got a jolt of God this weekend! What a great group of guys.

Pray that they will keep running the race with all they've got! I believe that these men are going to rock the world!

"Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." Philip. 3:13-14

Pray for Our Men . . .

. . . As we are going to begin our Men's Retreat in just a couple of hours . . . Pray that the Holy Spirit will birth unity and passion for Jesus that we have never known. Pray that men will make new decisions to follow Jesus. Pray that new relationships will form that will lead to new spiritual adventures . . .

Men Encountering God

Men's Encounter is this weekend. For those of you who have never been to Encounter it is all about knowing more and more of the Freedom that God made us for. It is about getting rid of the junk that keeps us from all God wants us to have in this life!

Would you stop for a couple of minutes and pray for these guys who are leading and those who are going as participants? Simply ask that God would meet them there and that they would experience Him and have new vision for their lives.

Chasing Lions

As I said on Sunday, beginning this Saturday I'm going to lead a men's journey through the book: In A Pit With a Lion on a Snowy Day.

Men, if you're a Creeker or not, would love to have you come. We've got a few books left at the building (most were snatched up yesterday) but you better get by quick to grab one. Then read chapter 1 and show up at the building Saturday morning at 7:30am.

We'll have the coffee brewing and go for about an hour.
